Who you are dealing with
Ghosted is a service of The Novelty Dev EOOD, registered at Hristo Fotev, Burgas, Bulgaria, VAT BG206598097. Using the check, or paying for a plan, is an agreement with that company.

What the service does
Ghosted asks AI assistants the kinds of questions your customers ask, records whether your business is named, and produces a report and a plan of improvements. The free check does this once per website.
What we do not promise
Nobody controls what an AI assistant says, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. We do not guarantee that you will be recommended, that a score will rise, or that a specific assistant will change its answer.
AI answers are not deterministic: the same question can produce different results minutes apart. That is why we show ranges rather than single numbers, and why we re-check over time instead of promising an outcome.
What you are responsible for
That you may act for the website you submit, and that publishing the materials we prepare is your decision. Review anything before it goes live: it is your site, your business and your reputation.
Payment
Paid plans are described on the pricing page. The Fix is a single payment; AI Visibility Watch is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops future charges from the next period.
If something a plan lists has not arrived, tell us and we will keep working until it has. We do not offer a performance refund, because we do not make a performance promise: nobody controls what an assistant says, and paying you back would not make you visible.
Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. Anything already published on your own website stays yours. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example automated mass checks against sites the user does not control.
